Broad Marsh, Nottingham

A once in a generation opportunity to reimagine Nottingham’s city centre, Stories have advised on the optimal delivery model and vision for redevelopment of the Broadmarsh shopping centre.

Stories have been retained by Nottingham City Council to advise on the optimal delivery model, meanwhile use strategy and strategic vision, to realise the potential of this 20 acre city centre site.

Already receiving interest from the national and international press, the collapse of Intu has delivered the city of Nottingham with once in a generation opportunity to redefine the role and image of the city. The architectural vision has been led by Heatherwick Studios.

Having completed our work developing the strategy, Stories is now retained to begin structured the proposed public-private vehicle and provide support to the council as landowner.
