Stories and Aviva Capital Partners are working with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust to develop a portfolio of purpose-built key worker housing in London.

​The homes will provide sub-market rental accommodation for NHS key workers. It is intended that the homes will enable those staff working shifts to access their place of work within 30 minutes by foot, cycle or public transport.

We are particularly looking for opportunities that are:

• Located within c.30mins of

  • Guy’s Hospital, Great Maze Pond, SE1 9RT

  • St Thomas’ Hospital, SE1 7EH

  • Royal Brompton Hospital, Sydney Street, SW3 6NP

• Capacity for 100+ new homes per site.

We can buy land with or without planning permission or enter into more structured arrangements with landowners.
