Tony Giddings
Tony joined Argent in 1988, then a very small property development company, and became responsible for the delivery of all their construction projects. He became a Director and then Partner of Argent in 1996 and delivered Brindleyplace in Birmingham, Piccadilly Place in Manchester and the early phases of King’s Cross in London. After nearly 30 years of seeing the company expand from 8 employees to 130, Tony retired from Argent.
Before Argent, Tony delivered Minster Court in London for Bovis, delivered multiple projects in Oman, Bahrain and Ghana for over a decade and saw Voluntary Service Overseas in the Soloman Islands.
Since retiring from Argent, Tony has taken on a number of non-executive roles, is a trustee of CRASH, director and trustee of South Bank University Academies, and is a supporter/trustee of a number of other charities and voluntary organisations.
