Stories is advising Dorrington plc on a long-term strategy and vision for the 600-home Walworth Estate, built in the 1900s by social housing reformer Octavia Hill.
Our role has involved conducting a detailed review of the estate's performance, developing a vision and strategic objectives. Most recently, we have helped to develop the 10 year strategy and run a limited competition to identify a urban designer masterplan partner.
