Projects
Our work is a mix of development projects and advisory roles. In all instances we are working with partners who are committed to long term outcomes for the benefit of society.
Stories brings a breadth of experience across most use classes. We are currently delivering mixed-use projects that include residential, workplace, retail, education and healthcare uses.
We work with public, private and third sector organisations and in order to be easily available to our partners we tend to restrict ourselves to locations within 90 minutes of London and Bristol. We have a great pipeline of work but are always on the lookout for new projects and partners, so don't hesitate to say hello.

Working with LB Hounslow to produce an aspirational, commercially-grounded delivery plan for the community assets within the town centre, supported by extensive stakeholder engagement and consultation. The delivery plan will enable decisions to be made on town centre development.

Among the newest and smallest of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford but demonstrably one of the most progressive and inclusive, we have partnered with Mansfield College to help deliver a transformational vision for the future through refurbishment, repurposing and redevelopment of the College estate.

A once in a generation opportunity to reimagine Nottingham’s city centre, Stories advised Nottingham City Council on the optimal delivery model and vision for redevelopment of the Broadmarsh shopping centre and wider opportunity area, working alongside Heatherwick Studio.
