Great projects, great people and a belief that doing good is good business.

We’re currently delivering mixed-use projects across residential, education, workplace, and cultural sectors, at both individual and masterplan scales. Most of our work is within 90 minutes of London and Bristol.

At first glance, our projects are extremely diverse. What unites them is a shared approach – using our property development expertise to help partners achieve their goals.

Our project in Frome, Somerset will be the largest community-led development in the UK.

Duchy of Cornwall Estate, Kennington

Stories is working with the Duchy of Cornwall to shape the next chapter of its historic estate in Kennington, south London. We are helping the Duchy steward this 700 year old estate for the long term, balancing development and social value with the character and heritage that make Kennington distinctive.

Mansfield College, Oxford

Stories is supporting Mansfield College, Oxford, to help deliver a transformational vision for the future through refurbishment, repurposing and redevelopment of the College estate.

The Albany

The Albany is a community arts centre and cultural hub in Deptford that exists to platform local artists and drive creative participation in southeast London. We are looking at development models to enable long term investment in the site.

Walworth Estate

Stories is advising Dorrington plc on a long-term strategy and vision for the 600-home Walworth Estate, built in the 1900s by social housing reformer Octavia Hill.

St Mungo's

A joint venture with leading charity St Mungo’s to create a new state of the art homeless facility in Westminster, facilitated by new build-to-rent homes.

Oxford University Developments

Stories supported Legal and General to establish the £4bn joint venture with Oxford University that is now delivering projects including the Life and Mind building and Begbroke Innovation District.

Mill Hill Broadway

Our first project with Aviva, Bunns Lane will deliver 130 affordable and market build-to-rent homes and replacement parking on an existing car park site in Mill Hill.

Mayday Saxonvale, Frome

Stories is the development partner to Mayday Saxonvale, a community-led, not for profit group seeking to redevelop 12 acres of brownfield town centre land in Frome, Somerset.

The Crown Estate

A wide-ranging role within the London team supporting on both the strategy and the delivery of development, placemaking and meanwhile projects across iconic central London, including Piccadilly Circus, Regent St and Haymarket.

Broadmarsh, Nottingham

A once in a generation opportunity to reimagine Nottingham’s city centre, Stories advised Nottingham City Council on the optimal delivery model and vision for redevelopment of the Broadmarsh shopping centre and wider opportunity area, working alongside Heatherwick Studio.

Feltham Town Centre

Working with LB Hounslow to produce an aspirational, commercially-grounded delivery plan for the community assets within the town centre, supported by extensive stakeholder engagement and consultation. The delivery plan will enable decisions to be made on town centre development.
